Why Stop Watching Pornography Exists

Silhouette of a person sitting on the edge of a bed at night, phone in hand, with a dark tangled shape above them representing a compulsive habit
Silhouette of a person standing by a window at sunrise as a dark cloud shape dissolves into light, symbolizing a turning point toward recovery
A hand releasing a phone while a small plant grows upward from the same hand, symbolizing letting go and new growth

Most sites in this space either lecture you or oversell you a miracle fix. Stop Watching Pornography was built to do neither, it exists to give people honest, non-judgmental information about compulsive porn use, what the research actually says, and what recovery realistically looks like.

I’m Sj Karki, a coach based in Utah working with people who want to change their relationship with porn without shame or hype. This site is where I share what actually works: a free self-check quiz, practical guides, and real recovery steps, and if you’d rather talk it through directly, you can book a session with me.
